The right size will depend on the type of books that you read (mass paperbacks, hardcovers, etc.). You can refer to the dimensions of each size below in this description. For the thickness, it depends on your needs and personal preferences. If you prefer to have a sleeve that you can easily slip in small bags, you would probably prefer the thin filler (3/16 in).
